Laser quality assurance system AUREGIS LGKS-01

System is designed to measure width of planar products on conveyor belt. System can be used as a separate module or integrated into production line for process control. It enables to compensate conveyor belt unevenness even if shaft imbalance to axle is present, not affecting measurement accuracy.

If there is no way to measure the product from both sides (i.e. on conveyor belt), one-sided system can be used. In this way the accuracy will depend on evenness of product movement.

Can be conducted without stopping the belt:

• Measure product width
• Detect product curvature

Additional functions:

• Count products
• Measure downtime
• Control processes which influence product width
