“idOil®” is an alarm system intended for monitoring liquid levels particularly in oil and sand separators. The system consists of the idOil control unit and the idOil sensors installed in the separator. The sensor cables can be extended with a cable connector or connection box. One to three digital idOil sensors of the same or different type can be connected to the control unit. The sensors can be used to monitor the following:
- High liquid level (idOil-LIQ high liquid level sensor)
- Oil layer detection (idOil-OIL oil sensor is for class IIA explosive liquids and idOil-OIL-Soil sensor is for class IIB explosive liquids)
- Sludge layer detection (idOil-SLU sludge sensor)
Technical specification:
- Relay Outputs: 5 A, 250 V AC/30 V DC, 100 VA, potential-free changeover contacts
- The idOil-D30 offers extremely easy commissioning, flexible configuration locally via WLAN, as well as alarm logging
