Linear scanning add-on SpotScan for noncontact IR thermometers

SpotScan is a linear scanning add-on for RAYTEK, IRCON noncontact IR thermometers ENDURANCE, Marathon MM, Modline 5 and Modline 7.

SpotScan is designed to broaden the capabilities of noncontact IR thermometers while scanning measured surface linearly thus measuring wider than one dot target area. In this way much more information could be taken about the target temperature variations. That enables the user to have accurate temperature distribution across the measured surface.

It is possible to watch laser pointer on the measured object by using a sensor with laser in order to choose the correct area. While using a sensor with optics or video function, scanning could be stopped at border points, setting the measuring area.

SpotScan is extremelly useful for temperature measurement of products travelling on a conveyer belt and measurement of wire temperature. SpotScan can also be used with dust, vapor and other fitlh-removing add-ons.
